TAMPA — Hillsborough County will host two meetings next week for small and minority businesses interested in working on county building projects, including one that could pump $30 million into the hands of subcontractors. The first meeting, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, is for businesses interested in working on the University Area Community Library. The meeting will be at Seminole Heights Branch Library, 4711 N.
